Best place in town

On Myeong-dong street. Really good food, and cheap too.

Crazy shopping areas

Dongdaemun (east gate) behind me... to the left, shoe stores all the way to the tall building! On the right, clothes! Beyond that, toys. Behind me even more shopping malls, clothes, fabric, you name it. We are talking city blocks of several hundred meters here, not just one big store.

Behind me on this picture, I-park mall. A 7 story building with electronics (LCD/plasma, computers, cameras). Anything that consumes electricity can be found here. And yes, just like the picture above, this building is just one of many in this area (Yongsan) where you can shop gadgets.

Headache

Koreans have a sort of wine made of rice. Tastes really good (especially compared to ouzo and such), but will give you a great headache the next day.

The royal palace, Gyeongbokgung. The Japanese fuc*ed up the "Feng Shui" by moving the gate in front of it... nice move :P So now the Koreans are moving the gate 5-10m... Check here
